We woke up this morning to a 56° house and put out a call to Thomas Heating and Air.
Due to all the weather, Kenneth was snowed in but that didn't stop him from loading up his personal vehicle and arrived at our house within 30 minutes of the call. The problem ended up being a bit more extensive than he originally thought, but he put in the time and effort to make sure he diagnosed and fixed the problem correctly.
It was clear through conversation with him that he's an honest businessman that values quaility and customer service over the easy fix and quick dollar, which seems harder and harder to find these days.

I requested A/C service from Cinch Home warranty company. They referred me to a local AC business and the AC man called and said his truck had broken down. Chinch then assigned a company from Houston, I live in San Antonio. I was excited because the man said he would come to my home after he finished a job. This was Saturday and I was impressed that someone from Houston would come to SA on a Saturday night. He did not show, with no phone call about when he could come. Chinch then assigned Thomas AC, this was now Sunday midday, I called and talked to Robert, he understood our problem and said he would come check it out. Robert was fantastic! - I submitted a A/C Service Repair request through my home warranty company, Cinch Home Services, and they linked me up with a company called Sears that could not come fix my A/C for 10 days. It's over 95 degrees every day where I live right now and not having an A/C for 33% of the month was unacceptable. So, I reached out to the home warranty company and I said I needed a different provider who could come sooner because I have small children. Pretty quickly I recieved a message that Thomas Heating and Air Conditioning was assigned to my case and they would reach out in 24 hours.
