Very thankful for the service I received from North East air today. A repairman came out within a couple of hours of my call, quickly diagnosed the Issue with our central AC unit and repaired the AC. I had had another company out just a couple of hours earlier who had given me similar but misleading information, quoting twice the cost for repair. North East had the part on their truck, explained the repair in simple terms, and didn’t try to upsell or confuse me. They were quick, honest and affordable! Thanks Julian.
