Customer service is always good and price is fine. Stopped by in a pinch a few times and always ended up having to go over everything again later. But hey, you get what you pay for.

Customer service was 10 out 10. Lady and me were talking and laughing. I went in for a hair wash and for them to straighten my hair. No complaints on the hair wash but when I left I was left looking like a poodle. Lady was very apologetic that the straightener wasn't the greatest, that it didn't do the job. I was told I can fix it when it get home ?♀️. I wish I would've took a before and after picture but I didn't think this was going to happen. I usually don't complain or give reviews unless there good ones, which I was because the customer service of the lady who was doing the service was very friendly. Our first time trusting Michelle with my twin boys hair and let me tell you, she’s a wizard with scissors.
Her attention to detail is on point, and she was very quick and efficient! Thanks Michelle! We will def be back to this location.
