This is Erin Hagen Krampitz. I am Tim’s daughter and don’t have FB so I am writing this on dads to let everyone just how incredible this company is. My husband and I bought a huge home to remodel and live in.....at the time we had 4 kids, then I got pregnant during the remodel. It was very very stressful dealing with everything and having to make decisions, working, etc. We had been referred to several different companies for flooring... I had several people come out and give us quotes. I am a designer so I am very particular on who we used and what we were going to get. I wasn’t happy with anyone we met or any of the products. I researched day and day and ran across COVER FLOORS on a google search. I emailed this guy named Chris and immediately he responded. I thought, hmmmmm this is too easy. So I told him what I was wanting and within a couple days he was there to measure and look at samples that he brought to me and give me a quote. From the first time I met Chris, I knew I had made the right decision. He was SO nice and professional. He knew his stuff! The prices couldn’t be beat. The products are top notch. I felt so comfortable with everything. Chris took care of us the whole step of the way. It was so nice finding this random place for my flooring that I will continue to use for all my clients and myself in the future. The prices are fair, the products are incredible, the works are EXCELLENT! My engineered wood is INCREDIBLE. I think Chris from the bottom of my heart for making the flooring part of this flawless! I am Director of Events at The Sanctuary Event Space. Cover Floors Texas changed out the bamboo wooden floors in the Sanctuary Yoga Studio with waterproof beautiful wood-like materials... the space look so much better! I was so impressed with their professionalism, timeliness, and pricing that I asked them to do the floors in my own home. My kitchen looks amazing! It's perfect for the area that my dogs are constantly running in and out of the house. 100% Happy Customer.
