Cool Texas air sent us the most knowledgeable tech I have ever witnessed in real time. We thought was electrical (which tech said my home was a non grounded home) well my sisters home actually. But , George Clark (technician sent) worked like a magician and found why my furnace was keeping us in the cold and repaired it. He was straightforward and honest and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. Had other techs try to repair furnace from another company, but they couldn’t fix. Said I needed an electrician. So my sister called Kevin Clark from Cool Texas Air and they sent us George Clark, who like I said worked like a magician and got my furnace going....read full review
