I was in this place for ten days, There was no sheets , covers was thrown at you to cover with, no therapy for hip replacement, no siding on beds to keep down falls, and the care manager Karin Johnson, refused to let me leave even tho i signed a paper when i was admitted that I could leave when i wanted. She finally said I could leave but would not take out the catherer, so i would not sign her paper that she was against my leaving, She sent a person in to remove catherer and before she could do it Karin came in and biew the catherer up in my bladder. I have had infection every sense and no antibiotics will cure it, Stay clear of that place, and Karin.
My daughter and her family have to sit with the father-in-law. They don't prevent falls of their patients and are not concerned how long they are on the floor. If you can AVOID this place!
I am proud to say this facility is very friendly. I have visited several different people both in a personal and professional manner. The staff are courteous and helpful, never appearing inconvenienced when asking for assistance. Thank You Conroe Health Care!
