This company has done five star service every time we have used them. Once was a repair and a time or two of regular maintenance. Today Joel C. was our tech. He was on time, thorough, and very pleasant. I highly recommend this company.
Tyler was very professional, made a thorough evaluation of my a/c system, reviewed issues, gave estimates and completed his work. Very personable and thorough. Was very happy, look forward to continuing maintenance with this company.
We have had issues since getting new unit in 2021. Have had 20 service calls and 3 units and still a problem . What do you think? This young man named Luis that came yesterday was here from 4-11:15 pm. He worked fixing once again a screwup made during install in 2021 . I c add my day AirTech isn’t trying to fix this mess . Tran should be ashamed of themselves . Never had any issues with my last one and is now 23 years old at my old house . That’s why I choose a Trane this time little did I know .
