First visit for my 10yo daughter was a breeze. She felt comfortable and not judged. She was given prescription for glasses several years ago by another clinic and she has not worn them very much because they felt uncomfortable. Turns out the prescription was wrong and not appropriate for her vision. Luckily Dr. Kaylie Young was able to figure that out and get the correct prescription for her. Now my daughter can’t wait to wear her new glasses now that they actually help her vision.
This visit was my final follow-up after I had a fever blister. Throughout the process my care was very professional. Unlike some in the medical profession that believe ‘one size fits all’ Dr. Fish always treated me as an individual and this time gave me the all clear and asked me to verify my next annual appointment. Entire staff is/was very professional.
