Sam Hanner came out yesterday to perform our 2nd semi-annual generator checkup. He went above & beyond what I expected from a maintenance & evaluation perspective. Like Hunter, the tech from our 1st checkup 6 months ago, Sam was/is very knowledgeable, very professional, and very patient as he answered my questions.
