My mom passed back in June and I was so lost on the whole process as on what to do since I had never had to go through this process before of losing a loved one. I called Eickenhorst and spoke with Bridgit and she was absolutely amazing. Answered every single question I had about anything and everything, even though I felt like I bothered to much she was always there. I definitely recommend Eickenhorst Funeral homes to anyone that has to go through with any of this, even though it’s something nobody ever wants to do.
How do I make this 10 stars? Okay well first off don’t mind me if this doesn’t make sense, I just drove 15+ hours from Houston. I’m not local to the area but my father passed away and I had to go to the woodlands area to get his affairs in order, Rebecca aka my ANGEL, absolutely saved me during this process. As anyone can imagine, doing all of this yourself is the most overwhelming experience. With no will or any available $, Rebecca helped me through it all. She helped me do everything electronically until I got there. Helped with the cremation, and all of the paperwork, and every little thing. She didn’t mind the hundred or so times I called in a frantic because I was so overwhelmed and had thought of a new question. She treated me like we were best friends and never judged, only helped with every step of the way. If anyone has the pleasure of working with her, just know that your loved ones couldn’t be in better hands. I will never forget her.
