I love the family friendly atmosphere at this place. Dr. Portales is easy to talk to and extremely professional. I really appreciate having a dentist that my family and I can go to for maintaining out healthy smiles. Thank you.

CONROE SMILES (not to be confused with a newer clinic with a similar name that confused me for a half a minute) has the best staff with the best "bedside manner". Ok, it's "chairside" manner, but everyone makes you feel comfortable, explains what is happening and answers questions in ways anyone can understand, and takes all the time you need to talk about your care. I have had several "emergencies", and they got me in quickly to help ease the pain until further treatment could be scheduled. I appreciate them so much!

Dr. Portales and his staff are wonderful. Holly does my cleanings and she is thorough yet gentle and Dr. Portales has seen me at the last minute when I managed to crack a tooth. You will be in good hands with this team.
