DO NOT use this guy! He (guy with a thick accent that you cannot understand) charged me $108 for a 'free check up' ripped apart my laptop and then refused to give me back my charger. When I first picked up my laptop he had it ripped apart, couldn't find the hard drive and tried to give me a charger that did not belong to me. When I asked him where my charger was, he kept looking on the floor and under piles of what looked like trash. I left angry and he came to my car and said he has to find the hard drive and to come back. When I retuned for the laptop he said I didn't have it with the laptop when I dropped it off, which I did. Then he said what do you want it for, your computer doesn't work. He's unorganized, messy, never there according to displayed hours. You might as well throw your money and computer in the trash if you go here.

Took my iPad to Jissan computers because a very little piece of the charging cable had broken off inside of it. My iPad was at 45% and couldn’t be charged when I brought to him. Not only did Jissan get the tiny piece of metal out but he also charged my iPad to prove it was fixed.

Do not take your computer here!!!!. This owner is incompetent and does not know what he is doing. I took my pc there and after 4 months of back and forth with him, he told me that he ordered the wrong part with the $200 I gave him, and that now I needed to pay for another part, and I needed to be the one to find it. I told him I had already paid for a part and it was not my fault he bought the wrong one. He then refused to give me back my computer and said he was keeping it until I brought the part for him to fix it. I actually had to get a police officer to come to his business with me and get my computer. I lost the money I paid him for repair ($150.) and the $200. I paid for the wrong part he ordered, and when I got my computer back it was covered in dirt inside and out because he kept it on the floor, so now it is basically junk. He is a bully and has no background in repairing computers. I learned later that he used to sell cars. I wish I had done a background before because he's been sued many times and does not care if he hurts people.
