UPDATE: **So after sending an email to their generic email address, someone contacted me within 30 min. Her name was Kathy, and she was very understanding. Even though she was in a more "centralized" office in Sugarland and not at Conroe, she still escalated my problem. She did not have to, but she did. By the end of the day, I received an email back from a manager, Alyson. It was evident by her email that she spent a considerable amount of time to research the issue and where all the break down points were that created the issue. She resolved the problem. Had minor surgery to remove cancerous mole. Dr.Mahmoudizad and nurse Makenzie were both awesome. They made sure I was very comfortable while they completed totally painless surgery.

I saw Dr. Kemmy at Complete Dermatology and I am so happy I did. She took the time to listen to all of my concerns and she answered all of my questions. She clearly explained to me in detail about my skin problems and how to treat them. I was not rushed out the door nor I felt like an inconvenience. Also, all the staff from the Front Desk, the MA's and the Nurses are amazing. They are all very welcoming.
