CH&P is awesome! They manage the HOA at my condo complex and do a fantastic job. Our property manager A is so attentive. Every email I send is replied to almost instantly. The company truly cares about our community! THANK YOU CH&P!!

I had the pleasure of being served by Miss Meredith Navarro, excellent service, patience and dedication. He clarified all my current and future doubts. In the office in general, from the moment you arrive, all the girls treat you with great kindness and a smile on their faces. For me who works at Cust Serv. It is very gratifying to receive good care.

CH&P Management provides Community Associations with management solutions. What does a Management Company offer? We communicate with association members/owners, vendors, and board members. We respond to letters and log calls from owners. We serve a resource person for members/owners. We send notices for meetings and mail monthly, quarterly, or annual invoices. We collect annual assessments for the association, ensure expenses are paid, provide financial statements, and create a draft budget for the board. We confirm tax forms are completed and property taxes are paid, as appropriate. We advise the board on governing documents and work with other professionals as needed.
