I met with three different companies for a quote before selecting ARK Generators. Andy in sales was extremely professional and has been with ARK for over 20 years. This in itself was very reassuring. He evaluated the potential installation area, was fully aware of the restrictions, and quickly came back with a quote. From there the installation went very smoothly with the installation team, who were also very professional. The start up and the instructions also went very smoothly. The entire team is professional, friendly and accessible. I highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of installing a generator.
