When we purchased our Generac a year ago, it wasn’t from Ark Generator. A few short hours into Hurricane Beryl our 11 month old generator failed. Not only did Ark Generator answer the phone, they called back to let me know someone would be here today to fix it. Mike, our technician, went above and beyond. He tried calling and with cell service horrible, he received a busy signal. He knocked on our door with no response. He rang the doorbell with no response. Then he tried one more time to call us and the call went through. 🙌 Mike was able to fix our generator today and it provided us with power when the electricity went out again this afternoon. It is because of this level of service, we will be moving our generator service contract to Ark Generator as soon as possible. From quality of materials to expertly fabricated tubing to square and parallel mounted components, Details matter - your team not only used silicone caulk as a sealer, but it was expertly applied.
