Rudy, a delivery man, was informative, courteous, patient, and a really nice person. He delivered a new rolling walker, brought choices, arrived on time with the perfect unit, demonstrated features, and made sure Dad could maneuver indoors with it. Rudy appears to really care about his patients and was the most helpful ever dealt with, coming like a guardian angel during a rough time.
I recently had a sleep study done and was prescribed a CPAP machine. Instead of the Dr office sending the a prescription to a DME on their list. I obtained the prescription and shopped around. Although I have good insurance i still had questions about the overall cost and I wanted a local vendor. Many DMEs were listed in my area but had. 800 number to some dump truck county some where.
I called American Home Patient , the had a local address and a local phone number.
I went and met the Manager Casey Bell, she was informative of the process and the equipment.

It was such a pleasure to have Rudy deliver my Dad's new rolling walker. He called before he came to let me know he was bringing choices because of my father's height. He arrived on time with the perfect unit. He demonstrated the features and made sure Dad could maneuver indoors with it. He was courteous, patient and a really nice person. He appears to really care about his patients.
Throughout my experience with this organization, they have been amazing. All the staff is helpful, responsive to concerns, and knowledgeable. Any problems or concerns I had were addressed quickly and easily. Laura was outstanding. She guided me through the process and was friendly and patient the whole time. I wouldn't go anywhere else
