“UPDATE: I wanted to update my experience because the owner went above and beyond to make things right.

After my initial appointment, the owner personally reached out, apologized, and invited me back to redo my hair at no cost. She also included a deep conditioning treatment and even offered a second appointment complimentary, which I truly appreciated.

I went back in and my hair came out exactly how I originally wanted

On top of that, I was even sent home with a bag of goodies, which was such a thoughtful touch.

Mistakes can happen anywhere, but how a business handles them says everything. They really took accountability and made sure I was taken care of, and that means a lot. I’d definitely recommend 10/10!

I recently went in for a blowout by Isabelle and wanted to share my experience to help others know what to expect.

I showed a reference photo of the style I was hoping for, but the final result ended up looking very different. The styling didn’t have the smooth finish I was expecting, and once I got home and saw all of my hair together, it was uneven and frizzy.

One important thing to note is that the blowout service did not include a wash beforehand, which is something I personally wasn’t aware of and have always had included with blowouts in the past. So my hair was styled dirty and dry.

The stylist was kind and did apologize, and offered to fix it at my next appointment (not same day) and no refund, I wasn’t comfortable going back after the result so i cancelled my next appointment.

Overall, I just didn’t feel satisfied with the service, and I’m sharing this so others can go in with clear expectations. I’ve included photos for reference. The first picture is the reference i showed her (with the gray hoodie) the other two are right when i left the salon and after i got home and moved all the hair from the back to the front.“
