We have used Gerald's Appliance twice now... Danny, the owner, is the best. He came well recommended by a friend of ours. He was prompt, professional, polite etc. We will certainly use his services again when needed.

I have used Gerald's Appliance & Plumbing over many years. First we worked with Gerald, the founder & owner and then his son Danny. My best description would be Excellent knowledge, good customer service and great job repairing my Kitchen Aid Ice Maker, Freezer, Whirlpool Washer, etc. in the last few years, we have worked with Danny who is the owner. Danny really cares about his customers and will take his best to help them. When something breaks, I call Danny. Everyone these days are busy but he is worth the wait because I know he will get it done right which is important. Very happy customer.

I was having problems with my fridge creating condensation under the vegetable drawer. He was here on time, quick and efficient. I am sure I paid the minimum house-call amount. At $135. It was a clogged drain. At least now I know how to fix it in the future. I would likely use them again. My only complaint was online when I scheduled it I clicked on a 10% off. I don't think that carried through. Oh well that is my bad as I am sure if I said something he would have honored it. I just forgot.
