The ac went out late afternoon. We called Cool Time. They said it would be late evening before they could get to us. Dusty was our service tech. He was very knowledgeable and personable answering all our questions. He was able to get us back online and let us know we should think about replacing the blower motor. We called on Friday to set up an appointment to install a new motor the following week. They called back later that day and said they could install it on that Friday. They sent Dusty back out and he replaced the motor for us. We will definitely call Cool Time and request Dusty on any future projects. Than you Cool Time.Service: Repair HVAC
