I called these guys out to find the source of a sewer gas smell I the bathroom of my new cabin. They responded promptly, professionally and realized the plumbing vents had been installed incorrectly. Saved the day and fix them in an hour!
I live in neighboring New Ulm. My water heater went out after hours on a Friday and I called two plumbing service companies in Columbus and left a message. Jamie, one of the owners, called me straight up 8am on Monday. My unit was under full warranty replacement. Jamie took the information and assisted me in exercising my "cash-out" option with the manufacturer that morning. I then called them back to arrange a time to install a new water heater. WOW! Jamie and his business partner Jeff, came out that same afternoon and delivered and installed my new unit, and took the old one away. Pricing was fair and as originally quoted by Jamie. While they were there, I mentioned I had a low pressure problem in one of my bathroom sinks. I expected to make another appointment but instead, Jamie and Jeff took the time and fixed the problem. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Columbus Plumbing and Service for ANY of your plumbing service needs. They are a local family owned business with attention to Best-In- Class customer service. By the way, the other plumbing company I called as mentioned, has yet to return my call!
