About Pace-Stancil Funeral Home & Cemetery
Since 1938, Pace-Stancil Funeral Home & Cemetery has been synonymous with caring and compassionate personalized funeral care. Centrally located on Crockett Street in Cleveland, Texas, they are proud of their deep-rooted history and remain steadfast in their commitment to the families they serve. They are a nondenominational funeral home, welcoming families of all backgrounds and traditions from in and around Liberty County as well as Chambers, Harris, Hardin and Montgomery County including Cleveland, Tarkington, Splendora, Dayton, Coldspring, Liberty, Shepherd, New Caney, Porter, Conroe and beyond. Customers could not have asked for better service before, during and after, as the funeral home has followed up even weeks after the event. The individuals who work there, especially Katie, show such care and compassion. One customer, Mary Lawrence, shared that when her husband passed away, she knew they had made the right choice in selecting Pace-Stancil. The staff was wonderful, compassionate, and caring, going out of their way to help and meet the family's needs. The customer expressed immense gratitude and appreciation for the kindness and support provided by the funeral home.
To each of the Pace Stancil Family, My deepest thanks for making the planning and preparation for my mother Velora Amos’s celebration. Your understanding and caring during this difficult and emotional time has been greatly appreciated. Thank you for your continued support. Cheryel Olin.
A few months before my husband passed away, his hospice told me I needed to have a funeral home chosen. My daughter and I visited some other ones and while we liked them, as soon as we visited Pace-Stancil in Cleveland, we knew that was the one we wanted to use. When the time came and he passed away, we knew we had made the right choice. All of the staff was wonderful, compassionate, and caring and went out of their way to help us and meet our needs. I don’t think I can ever express our gratitude or how much we appreciate, and always will, their kindness and help to us. Mary Lawrence
Everyone made this transition of planning our mothers funeral so very smooth and helpful. Mr. Lynn Oswalt was very easy going and kept us all on track and helped with decisions we never thought of. They were efficient and perfect in everyway
