I walked in to have someone put a drop of glue or whatever they use when your nail splits into the bed of the nail they were quite busy and I was asked to wait, obviously. I waited for about 15 minutes for someone to help me and then when the lady I spoke with was finished with her current client she took her next appointment without helping me at all and said she has an appointment and walked off. It would have only taken a minute or two to help me and they would have had a new client in me. I left after she blew me off and went elsewhere to get the help I needed. It took the other nail place less than about 4 minutes to help me.

Only gave two stars because they were great about my whiny children but service and product not that great. The lady that I got set at the second chair was on the phone the whole time except for maybe 5 minutes
I also felt like she was inexperienced.
I already had nails on when I got there and I asked the lady about four times if I needed to just take them off and do a whole new set because I did not want the color that I had already had to show up through the new set. She reassured me multiple times that that would not be the case. But in the end I could still see the previous color. Being new to the area finding a clean and friendly staff for our pedicures we thought would not be easy. But far from the fact. We were given quick, friendly and efficient care here at this small family owned and operated spa. Stop in and give them a try! We did and they will now be out go to spa!
