The gym has new and modern equipment along with enough free weights to get a good workout in. It’s fairly spacious, and you don’t have to be on top of other people. The restrooms and men’s shower are disgusting, there is literally feces all over the inside of the toilet, and there’s a wash rag that’s been in the shower since I started working out here, the sink gets wiped out by me when I use it with the sanitary wipes out on the floor. I’ve been working out here since 5/15/23, today is 5/24/23 and they’ve not been touched. Chassidy was very thorough in explaining the equipment and process and she walked thru and answer all questions had I really felt her knowledge thank you I look forward to my journey of working towards good health. The gym was not so chaotic as others I visited I think I will like it
Great facility with friendly staff and clientele. Place is always clean and it has a good variety of equipment for a full body workout. Doesn't get crazy busy compared to other local facilities.
