We had a great experience with Level Up Construction for our foundation repair. Their team was professional, punctual, and very thorough. They took the time to explain the process, answered all of our questions, and completed the work efficiently. The quality of their work really shows, and we’re extremely happy with the results. Highly recommend Level Up Construction to anyone needing foundation work.

Working with Toi was a pleasure. She kept communication and if I had a question she was quick to answer. The company did a great job leveling the house, and were very respectful. We just bought our house and they asked if we wanted to keep the dirt left over. I expected it to be piled up in the back yard, but they raked it out to help level the ground outside our back door. Toi worked with the price to help the sellers pay for the leveling.

Level Up Construction did a fantastic job on our foundation work. One side of our house had dropped almost 2 inches and they were able to get it to less than .2 of an inch which per the structural engineer said is almost impossible to get that close and he was very happy with those results as well as us as the home owners. They also did a great job putting back our yard and flower beds the best they could for it being winter and the day after our cold spell in December 2025. Ty was great to work with on site and Shirley Stevenson was even better getting us ready for the work and staying on top of everything before, during and after job completion.
