I had purchased a computer years ago from another dealer for my business and was having issues with it. I couldn't get the other dealer to call me back so I called Hewlett Office Systems and Justin, the owner, answered the phone. I told him my problems and had decided I wanted another computer. Justin was very helpful - it was obvious that he believes in customer service. The following morning I took my bad computer to him and by mid-afternoon he called and said they had cloned my old computer and loaded everything on the new one and it was ready to go. WOW!
