I have been going to this nail salon and a loyal customer. This morning, walked in for 1 broken nail repair and I was told it would be 20 minutes. I told them I would just come by later and they gave me an appointment time for 5pm. I arrived and 5pm and they had me waiting for 40 minutes....1 NAIL AND APPOINTMENT MADE...AND WAITING 40 MINUTES...and I finally spoke up and they asked me to come back tomorrow. Had I known this, I would have gone to a different nail salon to fix the 1 nail. Now it's end of day and impossible to find some. I'm NEVER going back...this is DISRESPECTFUL to my time.

Terrible job. The worst I've ever had, the tech that had my nails done was tired or I don't know what, so she did a crappy job , I came in with pointy almond shape nails and I only wanted to keep it in the same shape. She did it like half round, half square shape , I don't even know what that is. I wanted some design and glitters for my birthday and she couldn't do it so I just went with red cause I knew that I will be disappointed.

Never disappointed when I go!!! Great service! Clean location! I honestly can say this is my favorite and only place I go to (I have gone to other nail techs because I also like to get sculpted nails from time to time) . They scheduled accordingly to make sure they have enough time to perfect your nails!
