He was very thorough and professional. In addition he found a peripheral electrical issue which was critical. We wouldn't have known otherwise and are completely grateful for him. He goes well above and beyond and we have nothing but the highest accolades for him. If we have issues in the future I hope he's is the one assigned to help us.
