Ryan's cleaners has horrible management. I recieved a texted stating my items were ready and I went to get them THE DOORS WERE LOCKED!!! I called their affiliate on Uvalde her words were We close at 5pm the manager told her to leave I don't know why everyone getting so crazy because we close at 5pm just come back. It was many people standing out here. They gacw just lost my entire households business and trust every dime majes a difference. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!

Worst place ever! If u want bad service and get your clothes not how u asked for well then this is the place u need to go too.. if u want your clothes done right DO NOT go here!!!…

Had a pair of linen pants dry cleaned and they were done right the first time. After 2 nd dry clean I took them on a trip and found that they had shrunk. I returned them to store only to be told they could not do anything about them/ refund nor replace.
Terrible place to bring your clothes ??????
