Dr. Perez is amazing, however his staff is not. This is the third time now that I've had to wait or make several calls or trips for refills on medications that were already approved by Dr Perez himself. Honestly I'm beginning to find them quite incompetent. Just today myself and my pharmacy called to get the go ahead for a prescription refill that the doctor approved 2 weeks ago. I had also called 2 other times earlier this week to prevent this exact issue. Now they're closed, they never called the pharmacy back so I have to go to the office Monday morning and find out what the issue is this time. Very frustrating and unprofessional. Today was my very first visit to see Dr.Perez. He went above and beyond to help me with my medical needs. He called in all of my medication refills and set up necessary tests that I needed done.
My goodness He’s an amazing Dr. very intelligent and kind to his patients. He took care of my Mother for years. Thank you to Dr. Perez and his staff for making my experience wonderful! I am so glad that He is my primary care physician!

Dr Perez has been my pcp for over 10 years. He is so knowledgeable, listens so well to everything you have to say. He is so patient and kind. His staff is quick and always smiling. The office is always clean and smells good. 5/5 will always recommend.
