I called him, as the heater was not getting hot.....He drove three hours to come and try and fix it onsite. He could not and ordered me a new unit immediately. He fixed it. No charge. BJ is as honest as they come. He has mentored me in the vintage camper world. When my trailer got here, it had no AC. That doesn't work in Texas so I had BJ put one in. It was working fine but it had a faulty wire when I took it out on my first solo voyage that wire broke. This meant my heater didn't work and a fluke cold front came through and made it 46° inside my trailer. I called BJ he said I'll be there in three hours. He drove all the way over to try and fix my trailer, which he could not, and drove all the way back. He immediately called company and had a new unit to replace the faulty one in less than a week. That is the kind of service you get with BJ. He wants you to be happy. And he goes above and beyond to make sure that you are.
