** is one of the most honest and hard working individuals I've ever met. He has from the start been open with us about our camper, what it needed and how much it was going to cost. When I got my trailer it needed an ** unit so I took it there after other trailer owners recommended him. He put one in and recommended other improvements all that have been done by him. No problems. The ** unit came from the factory with loose wire so when I got it where I was going the ** worked but the heater didn't. BJ is as honest as they come. He has mentored me in the vintage camper world. When my trailer got here, it had no AC. That doesn't work in Texas so I had BJ put one in. It was working fine but it had a faulty wire when I took it out on my first solo voyage that wire broke. This meant my heater didn't work and a fluke cold front came through and made it 46° inside my trailer. I called BJ he said I'll be there in three hours. He drove all the way over to try and fix my trailer, which he could not, and drove all the way back. He immediately called company and had a new unit to replace the faulty one in less than a week.
