Staff is amazing! Friendly and won’t do what is not necessary. They make sure you are comfortable. Interactive or just listen to music on earbuds. Dr. Nielsen is fun and just a nice guy. No one likes going to the dentist however, if you have to they will treat you right ❤️ Thank you!
Just had the most fabulous experience with Nielsen Dental Studio! We moved from Frisco to Celina and had seen another local dental office ...and was concerned we were getting overcharged. My hubby sent our X-rays and records in to Nielsen. They had loaded them on their system before I arrived! Super friendly and professional staff! The dental hygienist has over 40 yrs of experience! They examined my X-rays and took 1 other X-ray to confirm a cavity after a mouth exam. Turns out that previous dentist missed 1 cavity and was going to do work on other teeth that didn’t need it. Nielsen DS brought out my proposal for me to confirm before proceeding with replacing a cracked crown. I’m so glad I went with my gut and got a 2nd opinion! They saved me a bunch of $! Just scheduled the rest of my family’s appts here. Conservative, trustworthy folks! If you have anxiety about seeing a dentist ...this is your place! They will take great care of you! Highly recommend!
