We have been with Lone Star Vision for many years. This evening near closing time my son needed to get his glasses repaired. I know it was the end of the day and the staff was ready to leave, but you would never be able to tell. We were greeted with warm smiles from everyone. The team went above and beyond to ensure my son’s frames were ordered before close of business today. The customer service offered by Celina and Plano is always above reproach. We were super happy with the service and care we got at Lone Star Vision! My wife hurt her eye pretty bad on Friday evening and first thing Saturday morning I called around trying to find an eye doctor open on Saturday. I finally got to Lone Star who was open for contacts and glasses but the doctor was not in. The staff were so friendly and actually cared when I told them what had happened, they insisted in calling the doctor. Dr. Brantley called be not long after and after telling him what happened told us to head to the office and he met us up there. He was super helpful and even called after to check on my wife! Since we moved up here, we have been looking for an eye doctor and now we have one! My whole family will be going to see Dr. Brantley at Lone Star from now on! Couldn't recommend them enough!
