She kept checking in to make sure I was okay and even tested the wax temperature to make sure it wasn’t too hot before applying it. That level of care really helped calm my nerves and made the experience so much easier than I expected.<br>You can tell Jasmine genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to feel comfortable. She made my first Brazilian wax a positive experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back to see her. “I’m a few months late writing this review but I went to Iris for a couple of months and she was amazing. She always did such a great job on my lashes and they lasted a long time between appointments.<br><br>She was kind, gentle and never complained about the amount of lashes I pulled out. Every appointment was relaxing and calming. She was very quiet, which I actually appreciated because I don’t like talking much during lash appointments otherwise my eyes start twitching.<br><br>The studio itself is warm and welcoming. They play ocean sounds, provide a blanket and the reclining chair is a 10/10. It’s so much more comfortable than a typical lash bed.<br><br>My mom recently passed away,<br>and I had an appointment scheduled the day before she passed. The studio was incredibly understanding, accommodating and compassionate. They had no issue rescheduling and providing a refund during such a difficult time and their kindness meant a lot to me.<br><br>Overall, I have nothing but positive things to say. Five stars for this lash studio and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for quality lashes and a comfortable, relaxing experience.”

“My daughter told me about this gem and now I love it! My first visit was as a walk in dropping my daughter off for her appointment and I started asking questions regarding their service! I never had done threading before so I tried it and loved it! K was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process. The threading was not painful at all and she was fast! Moe I prefer threading over waxing as waxing always leaves bumps so I stopped getting my eyebrows waxed. My next appointment consisted of threading of eyebrows, upper lip waxing and eyebrow tinting which I extremely loved. My tint lasted a little over a week with a natural look. I will continue to get the tint done and each service was not expensive at all. My next is the Brazilian wax service and lashes although my eyes are extremely sensitive and I’ve had my lashes done once in my lifetime, lol. Thank you K for your professionalism, patience and service! I definitely recommend”
