This studio is quaint, the instructors are amazing, and the classes are smaller and I always walk away so glad I came. I am strengthening, learning better form, and improving my balance, circulation, and flexibility.

This is my favorite yoga place and the ladies here are like family. The instructors truly care and the culture here is amazing. I have made a lot of friends here and I am very thankful for the yoga experience and the comraderie. Exceptional experience!!!

I love C-Town Yoga! Stephanie & Michelle are awesome! I really enjoy coming here. They are so warm & friendly, encouraging, and so reasonable about everything! Great variety of classes, I've really improved my health. I've been here a year, and I just love you guys!
