This is one of the worst run offices I have ever been to and will not be going back. They don't answer the phones, front office is a mess. They check you in and forget about you. They give you expensive prescriptions and don't spend the time to look at your drug coverage. Don't waste your precious time here. Worst experience I've ever had at a professional office.

Had an 8:10 AM today with Jones. Arrived 8:07 At 8:38 went to the desk to ask what was going on. She basically said go back and wait your turn. I left. Will tell folks in SC about this as wellDavid StoutSun City

I went yesterday and the lady in the front is the worst. I wish I had read the reviews prior to going and seen this was not a new issues. I observed another employee get mad when an older gentleman didn't walk fast enough when his name was called and went back to the back area rolling her eyes and mumbling under her breath. The staff is not friendly and do not care if you have questions answers or not. I will not go back and from what I'm reading on here nothing will change or be done about their attitudes towards patients.
