Front desk staff and MAs are quick and friendly, but be prepared to wait. We watched the entire Toy Story movie, and that was after we waited to get called back (and arriving 10 minutes prior to our appointment as instructed). *I understand the wait time when a provider is thorough and spends time with each patient, but he was with us for a total of 30 seconds. Not too impressed. I will say the office was clean. No need for appointments in my opinion.

Our family has been using Urgent Care for Kids in Cedar Park over the past few years for whenever those unplanned illnesses or injuries occur and we are unable to get into our Primary Provider. They offer convenient online check in to minimize in clinic wait times and quality patient care while in clinic.

We’ve been coming here for the past 4 years anytime our daughter gets sick (and her pediatricians office is closed) and we are beyond happy with the interactions with every staff member! They’re extremely knowledgeable and kind. I will always recommend center!
