First time wanted her to fix a zipper on my jeans, took longer than she told me but I was not in a rush so I didn't say anything.2nd time she was able to deliver on time for a bridesmaid dress.This time I told her I need this jacket by Monday, called at 11 she said to call back in 30 minutes, called again she said to call back again...If you need sometime on time, don't come here. If you don't care then she does do her work fine and inexpensive. Choose at your own risk....Service: Alterations

I brought my dress here. I was told to call and check on it in 2 weeks. I did and she said, it wasn’t ready yet that it would be ready in a few days. I called a few days later and she told me it would be ready Friday at 4pm. I said I can’t make it, but will pick it up Monday. I showed up Monday and it wasn’t ready. I told them I’d be back Tuesday morning. I showed up at 11 (when they are supposed to open), and they didn’t. I waited 10 minutes, but didn’t have time to wait longer. I’ve taken tons of stuff here and I’m always asking her to do crazy things to my clothes and she always does a great job I’ve never had a problem not getting something on time but I’ve always taken it in at least a week before I needed it! She did charge me when I took something back to have it shorter than she did but oh well it’s not the end of the world. She’s local and does a great job and is a really sweet lady I trust her with just regular clothes I have now if I had something really expensive like a wedding dress or something I would probably take it to a professional who specializes in that.
