My aging ASUS laptop experienced an inability to access the operating system. Sean Payne offered to diagnose the problem for free and provide me with an honest assessment. I fully expected it to be dead as it was already several years old. A day or two later Sean called to report that he had not only fixed it but recovered everything and identified a dangerously swollen battery. He replaced the battery and fixed the machine for a very reasonable cost.
