“I cannot recommend Holly enough for permanent eyebrow makeup. I came to her when my eyebrows were so thin and over-plucked that I had trouble filling them in with makeup. She really took the time to figure out what shape and thickness gave my face the most balance and I couldn’t be happier. I have been seeing her for years and I don’t even live in Texas. She is friendly, responsive, fair in pricing, and gentle enough for me to fall asleep while being tattooed but we usually end up chatting. It’s such a relief to not have to worry about my eyebrows in my makeup routine and I have so much more confidence.
