I hired Collin from Panther inspections to perform house inspection on very very short notice. I informed PI that I need to have inspection done in couple days and they were able to schedule me right on time. Otherwise I would not have been able to obtain the home i so desired. Collin is very knowledgeable and well skilled in describing any potential or current issues with the house. I’m extremely pleased with his professionalism and I will definitely hire him again to perform any other house inspections I should have in the future. Thanks !

Collin did a great job explaining everything during our home inspection, the report was sent to me before he even left, and he was professional and friendly! 10/10 would recommend!
