I had hail damage on my roof after a big storm we had. I got a quick response from Momma Bear on the phone and they helped to walk me through the whole insurance process. Josh showed up to meet with the insurance inspector and had to wait around for ages since they would only give me a 3-hour window for the inspection. Would recommend. :)
I contacted Austin at the back end of the holidays to see if he could come out to fix the hole in my roof that my insurance wouldn't cover AND I asked for a specific time and date so I could be there. He was able to accommodate the request and he and his guys came out in the morning and by the afternoon there was no more hole in my roof! I also received a great price for the repair with super professional service. Once we get that big storm and a new roof is in order, you know who will be replacing it and getting the call - Momma Bear! Thanks Austin!
