My experience with the entire team has been phenomenal. It began with the front desk; when I called with a very simple question, instead of a quick 'NO'—which I’ve experienced elsewhere—they took the time to find the RIGHT answer. Toni was amazing and phenomenal. She was/is a consumate professional. Customer service 2nd to none from the time ⏲️ we walked through the door. She greeted us with a warm welcome, then looked up our insurance and researched if there was availability for an eye 👁 exam, and there was. So we got our eye exams, same day - no pay through insurance, submitted our prescription and got measured for our specs. The whole experience from beginning to end was something to write ✍️ home 🏡 about and Thank 🫵🏾 you Toni. Keep up the great work! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
The girls at the front desk were warm and welcoming and efficient at getting me checked in and into a room. The doctor was so personable and really listened to my issues and helped me find solutions right away.
