These people do the school photos at West View Middle… Never received our paid for photos from last year after talking the them multiple times and now they’re asking us to repay again when we already paid this year… this company is either a scam or 100% disorganized. :-;

This company is terrible. The class photo taken at my kid's school was very late in delivery and when we finally did receive it the photo was poorly cropped. There was an excess of unnecessary border that showed the floor and ceiling. If it was cropped correctly the students images would have been larger which would have been much better. Really poor photography, really poor quality control. The real glaring mistake was LifeTouch misspelled twelfth grade! They put Twelveth grade. I guess LiveTouch needs to go back to school and finish the twelfth grade. My kid's school will not be using them. Do not use this company.

The class pictures are not good quality like they used to be. It's flimsy. They do not include the names. It was not cut correctly. The big bold font is tacky- looking/not professional and the year on one of the sides is slightly cut off. This was my child's first class picture after three years of being in school so I was pretty excited to purchase one. The quality should have been better for one picture that costs a little over 15 bucks.
