She gave me time to browse freely with no rush and clearly explained the benefits and differences of the add ons that can be availed for my glasses. She also adjusted my very crooked current glasses.

What a gorgeous store with many frame selections! Every employee spoke to us from store manager to a very efficient Lindsey, the assistant manager ... while we waited for Emily, who was helping another customer. We waited for Emily since she was a student of mine probably 13+ years ago! I recognized her immediately. She did a very thorough procedure for me so that my husband and I were happy to finalize a purchase of new frames and progressive lenses with complicated insurance benefits. We have never been more pleased with an establishment and service in our 50+ years of needing eyeglasses. We will continue our business with LENSCRAFTERS. Happy New Year!
