They get you checked in quickly and then you experience the professionalism of everyone.
They take their time in assessing what your eye problems might be and then address them with you.
They discuss options with you and give you the choice of how you want to proceed.
They don’t try to rush through the appointment. Questions are answered thoroughly explaining what exactly might work for you.

After quite a few years of having double vision, being nauseous, having anxiety, and feeling unsteady (like car sickness all the time) I was finally referred to Dr. Jennifer Catalasan. Doctor Jennifer worked with me for nearly 2 hours using multiple prism lenses to get both eyes to focus together instead of separately. I have ordered my prism glasses and can’t wait to start using them once the lab has made them to my prescription. I have not seen single vision in so long that I was ecstatic to see only one instead of two lop-sided images! I am happy to recommend Dr. Jennifer should anyone be seeing double. Dr Hammond is excellent. I saw Dr Sorenson for over 20 years abs now her son. Both really care about their patients. And I only let Marcus help with frame selection. He has outstanding ability to find exactly the right frame for me. I won’t go anywhere else.
