Walked in shop after simply seeing online. I was helped immediately by Trent Cantu. He was extremely helpful and made me feel like an important customer from the initial interaction, to letting me borrow full size samples from the shop floor so I could truly see the flooring in the space. He also answered numerous interrogation questions I had just to “ be sure”. Overall a great customer service experience. I can’t take delivery quite yet so can’t speak to the final outcome , but so far it’s been a very confident purchase.
