I would like to express my appreciation of Chris Keegan of Glenn, Prather & Co., CPA's in Midland, Texas. He helped me clear up a self-inflicted tax paperwork problem that could have cost my family and I several thousand dollars. My first attempt to deal with the issue had not been successful but Chris was able to quickly come up with a solution. I followed his advice and was able to come to a resolution with the IRS. I called Glenn Prather and company on a recommendation from a friend. I also filled out a form on their website over the weekend. Chris K. from the Austin office called me Monday afternoon. He immediately understood the complicated and urgent tax problem after my first phone explanation. Within 24 hours he again responded with a reassuring and helpful written professional explanation. This is the kind of superb professionalism, knowledge, and helpfulness that we should all aspire to. Extremely understanding and helpful!
