Had it fixed in no time and he was right on the money with his diagnosis and the ac is blowing like a champ and saving me money on electric with this awful heat! Accutemp, Jr should get a raise!
Accu-Temp recently diagnosed and repaired our commercial HVAC unit. After diagnosing the problem they clearly explained to me what was wrong and what parts they needed to fix it. Unfortunately, one of the 3 parts they needed was back ordered by the manufacturer. Tina tracked down the part to a store in Houston and got it shipped to us. Rafael came back out and fixed our unit and ended up not needing all the parts they thought they might need and so they reduced our bill from what was already approved by us. I was really impressed with their honesty and their communication. Will definitely use them in the future for HVAC needs.
We rent a house in south Austin, and have had three mishaps with our AC breaking since May, but Accutemp has always been so good to us each time! Tina is easy to communicate with, and you get the feeling that this is a business that actually cares! Yesterday our AC went out, with us coming home to an 85 (and increasing) degree home! Our two box fans just weren't cutting it and our old dog was looking a little distressed! I'm SO thankful for the tech (his name was Rafael) that came out at 7pm after working hard all day in the heat to help us. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had our AC up and running in no time!
