Today 9/9, I called to reschedule an appointment with Dr West. My original appointment was for October 25. The soonest I could get a new appointment is November 22!
Asked about an appointment with the PA and the soonest I can see her is October 22.

How is this preventative care when you have to wait over a month to see anyone?

I've been using this well med for a year now and won't be back. I've been to the one in Desoto as well. When you need to get a hold of someone ,Noone answers the phone. Or they don't call you back. I don't think they even know what they're doing. They can't even get my medication dosage right. Not to mention the women who work the desk and answer the phones are rude. I see why they have a 3.2 rating. But I try to give everyone a chance,and what a mistake that was. I don't recommend this one or the desoto one. The best of luck to those who try them.

Horrible place! This place has let me run out of my prescriptions on numerous occasions even after many calls to let them know I need renewals. Very poor service!! Don't go here!!
